Week One of OktoberFIT 2014!



Today starts the Fall Wellness Challenge!

Remember for this challenge you need to log in to your Vitality Wins account everyday. By doing this you'll get the maximum number of points. But if you miss a day, don't worry! You can still log in and update your account to show what you've done, you just won't get as many points. To maximize your point potential, log in each day to show what you've accomplished!
