Week 3 of the 'Scent'sational Summer Challenge

Week 3 is now here! The Summer is heating up and we're on our way to better health!

This week's focus is to move more, drink 32 ounces of water each day, take 15-20 minutes to relax each day, and to write a letter to someone.


For help relaxing, check out a relaxation CD through the Health Promotion division located on the 3rd floor of the Health Department.
